April - June Activities

Latest status as of June 3rd :

The Clubhouse roof has been stripped following leakage and is being rebuilt to prevent future leaks.

The Forge Museum carpenter Gordon has designed, manufactured and installed the roof with support from our members and also members of the Forge Museum.

May 24th

Spring Bank Holiday sunshine brought a flurry of activity with 3 locos in steam and 3 other locos running.

Spring Event May 4th

The May Bank Holiday event was well supported and we were kept busy all day, here are a few photos from the event.

The AGM was held on 8th March 2026 and Ian Williams has been elected to the position of Chairman after Graham Walker has stood down after serving this position for the last 15 years. A vote of thanks was given and Graham was presented with a commemorative Mug and Litter Grabber much to his amusement.
